Brett Cunningham

Brett Cunningham

With 18 years of project management experience, 13 of them in the healthcare industry, Brett is a forward-looking healthcare technology manager known for planning, implementing and managing successful initiatives. His experience includes design and maintenance of systems; quality assurance; change management; go-live support; and deployment and project management. His career history includes professional experience at Duke University, University of Alabama-Birmingham, BJC, Tenet HealthCare, and Health Management Associates.

Phillip Kreighbaum

Phillip Kreighbaum

Phillip has eight years of experience in implementing IT revenue cycle solutions, working on both the vendor and client sides of large-scale implementations. His strategic vision greatly contributed to the success of Fallon Clinic’s Epic implementation. Phillip’s industry experience includes key roles in the delivery of IT systems at the Sisters of Mercy Health System, MedAptus, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, University of Minnesota Physicians, and the New York Downtown Hospital.

Ruby Blasak-Rodriguez

Ruby Blasak-Rodriguez

Ruby has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare industry. She is a leader in Epic project management, especially for clinical applications. Her main areas of expertise are charging and workflow optimization, but she has also worked in areas including Operations Analysis, Case Management, Patient Care Management and Informatics. Ruby has worked for major healthcare companies such as University of Chicago Medical Center, Rush North Shore Medical Center and Mount Carmel Health System. While at CSI, Ruby has led successful charge strategy, providing a single charge code, enterprise wide for individual CPT codes. At Grady Memorial Hospital, she stayed on time throughout the project life cycle, balancing the need to continue to move ahead while maintaining high build and test standards.

Janice Turner

Janice Turner

Jan is a senior IT project manager with 10 years of experience in directing Epic projects. She is a creative problem-solver with aptitude for analyzing and translating complex requirements and business problems into innovative solutions. She has held managerial positions and implemented IT systems at Elliot Hospitals and Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Alan Pedersen

Alan Pedersen

Alan has 30 years of technology and healthcare experience. He has led many complex healthcare technical engagements, including prime- and subcontractor-delivered solutions for organizations nationwide. A former hospital CIO, Alan has a strong belief that technology should serve the process of healthcare within clinical organizations. He has helped healthcare organizations achieve their strategic objectives through IT solutions and systems management at SSM Healthcare, NYU, Duke University, University of Florida, Kettering Health System, Christus Health, and the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Lori Mathieu

Lori Mathieu

Lori has more than 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.  As an IT Project Manager,  Lori has been able to use her background knowledge as a certified analyst and Integrated Testing Manager to assist in multiple go-lives working with Cerner, AllScripts and Epic customers.  Integrating the life-cycle methodologies for successful go-lives for such clients as Kaleida Health,  Lee Memorial, Methodist Health and Alegent-Creighton Health, among others.

Alyssa Tillery

Alyssa Tillery

Alyssa has more than seven years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, spanning both the client and vendor sides of Epic implementations. She draws from her experience in Operations, Epic Project Management, and Human Resources to understand the unique strategy and opportunities in each client engagement and deliver successful solutions. Alyssa’s industry experience includes workforce planning, tools and process improvement, change management, budget development and management, go-live and command center readiness, and project management. Prior to joining CSI, Alyssa held positions at Epic Systems and Catholic Health Initiatives, where she worked to support four distinct Epic divisions across the country.

Janice Stiles

Janice Stiles

Janice has more than 30 years of IT experience across various industries, including retail, banking, and healthcare. As a senior leader, Janice has applied her prior CIO and strategic planning experience to the healthcare industry more recently as VP, Applications for Rochester Regional Health. During her tenure, she provided vision and leadership for hospital mergers, ambulatory acquisitions, multi-vendor EHR conversions, and many ancillary system implementations. In addition to her success in the application arena, her strengths include organizational resource alignment, along with development of IT strategies in support of the healthcare organizations objectives.
