JACKSONVILLE, FL (April 17, 2017)– The CSI Companies recently announced the promotion of Kate Mays to Division President of CSI Healthcare IT. Kate began her career with CSI more than 10 years ago and has held multiple positions within the company, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for the CSI Healthcare IT division during its most profitable year.
“Kate is the epitome of someone who leads by example,” said Chris Flakus, Chief Operating Officer of the CSI Companies. “She has been a leader here at CSI for years so this opportunity is a natural progression for her. We are proud of this well-desired promotion and excited about what Kate will continue to do for CSI and our clients in the healthcare space.”
As VP of Operations, Kate helped the division grow 150% in the past 3 years in the highly competitive healthcare IT services industry. Part of CSI’s success has been Kate’s ability to build trust with large healthcare organizations and deliver results, often with challenging circumstances with large scale projects.
In addition to her professional experience, Kate serves on the Board of Directors for the American Lung Association North Florida Chapter and regularly supports CSI’s charitable causes nationwide. Earlier this year, Kate was recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of Northeast Florida’s brightest and promising young professionals in their annual “40 Under 40” list.
